The Canal Path runs 1.8 paved miles along the historic canal from Fall Hill Avenue to Princess Anne Street. Link it with the Rappahannock River Heritage Trail and you get a 3.4-mile loop with river views and plenty of spots to stop and rest. Portable toilets are along the way.
