Preschool: Big energy for little movers
Preschool classes welcome children from the time they start walking through age 5. These recreational sessions introduce fundamentals through play—building early balance, coordination, and comfort on equipment in a supportive setting.
School-age gymnastics: Skills that stick
For athletes ages 6 and up, Paragon’s gymnastics program keeps skill-building fun and engaging. Students develop strength, flexibility, balance, and motor skills that carry over to other sports—and help kids feel capable in their own bodies.
Tumbling & trampoline: Flips, fundamentals, and flight time
Want to level up air awareness? Tumbling and trampoline classes sharpen trampoline skills and teach key cheer and tumbling fundamentals—including back handsprings, forward and back flipping, and other common progressions—at a pace that matches each athlete.
Teams: For kids ready to go further
For gymnasts craving a bigger challenge, Paragon offers Girls and Boys Teams with both Developmental and Competitive levels, following USAG guidelines. Tryouts are held in the spring, and the season runs from June through the following June.
Camps, Open Gym, and birthday wins
Families can plug into high-energy camps during school breaks in Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter for ages 5–12—featuring games, daily Open Gym, and themed activities and crafts.
Open Gym adds supervised, non-structured playtime on low equipment (spring floor, trampolines, low bars, and land beams), with sessions Friday and Saturday nights and Sundays during the day.
Birthday parties keep it easy: one hour of playtime plus 30 minutes in the party room (up to 18 kids), paper goods, goody bags, a Paragon Birthday T-shirt, and an Open Gym pass for the birthday child.
