Timing: December 17th and 18th between 4:30 and 9:00 p.m
What it is: Fredericksburg Police Department and the Fredericksburg Sheriff’s Office escort Mr. & Mrs. Claus through communities and neighborhoods across the city. Expect lights, sirens, waves, and short stop points.

- Hillcrest Dr. around to Deerwood ( Stop as soon as we turn onto Deerwood # 5)
- Deerwood back around to Morningside Dr. out to Lafayette
- Braehead Dr. straight to the back ( No Stopping)

Spotsylvania: Volunteer Fire Department Santa Runs
Timing: Multiple dates from late November into mid/late December; weekday runs usually 6–9 p.m., weekends 3–10 p.m. Routes rotate by area (Thornburg/Co. 6–8, Lee Hill, Massaponax, etc.).
What is it: SVFD sends Santa on a fire engine through designated corridors each night with a published map and a live tracker link when available. Expect lots of neighborhoods covered over several evenings.
