Survival Swim Lessons in Fredericksburg, VA
We are Fredericksburg's first Survival Swim School! At Otter-ly Safe Infant Aquatics, we offer lessons for 6 months (and independently sitting for 2 months) up until about age 6 (depending on height). We teach swimmers self rescue skills in the water, how to have fun safely in the water, and support parents in how to keep their children in and around water.
When a swimmer graduates our program, they will be able to find and maintain their float, and for our swimmers 15m+, be able to swim independently and roll to their back to find their air.
We offer 6 week programs and have a high success rate for mastery, based on attendance. Our lessons are 1:1 with our trained instructors for 10 minutes Monday-Thursday for the duration of the program.
Classes are held at the Massad YMCA and the Jeff Rouse Swim and Sport Center in Stafford, VA.
