Chatham Manor is a Georgian-style mansion home completed in 1771 by farmer and statesman William Fitzhugh. It's located on the Rappahannock River in Stafford County, Virginia, opposite Fredericksburg. The property offers tours and gardens to visit and is a great place for photos in Historic Fredericksburg.
