Kids can trick-or-treat at tables run by local environmental and community groups while learning how wastewater gets cleaned. Costumes are encouraged. There is no general on-site parking, so use the free shuttle from Mary G. Porter Traditional School (15311 Forest Grove Dr.), running 9:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
