A spooktacular day on the Manassas Museum Lawn with arts and crafts, Halloween-themed treats, kids' games, fall activities, and entertainment for the whole family. The Kids Halloween Costume Parade steps off at 1 p.m. with prizes, followed by a Pets Costume Parade at 2:30 p.m.
