**1. Sponsor and Promotional Partner**
This giveaway, sweepstakes, or promotion, the “Promotion,” is sponsored and administered by Fredericksburg Moms, LLC, the “Sponsor.” The promotional prize is provided in partnership with Rappahannock Goodwill, the “Promotional Partner.”
This Promotion is conducted on behalf of Fredericksburg Moms, LLC and Rappahannock Goodwill for the purpose of promoting Rappahannock Goodwill, its mission, community programs, and related services.
**2. Eligibility**
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, owners, officers, directors, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of Fredericksburg Moms, LLC and Rappahannock Goodwill may be ineligible to participate or win. “Immediate family members” includes spouses, parents, children, siblings, and individuals living in the same household.
The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
**3. Entry Period**
The Promotion begins on June 16th, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on June 21st, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time, the “Entry Period.”
Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
**4. How to Enter**
To enter, participants must complete and submit the official online entry form during the Entry Period.
Limit one entry per person during the Entry Period. Duplicate, incomplete, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise noncompliant entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
No purchase, payment, donation, or paid service is required to enter or win.
**5. Prize**
One eligible winner will receive 10 tickets to a Fredericksburg Nationals baseball game, the “Prize.”
The Prize is provided in partnership with Rappahannock Goodwill. Tickets are valid only for the game date selected and/or provided by Rappahannock Goodwill and are subject to availability, ticketing policies, stadium rules, weather conditions, schedule changes, and any applicable Fredericksburg Nationals policies.
Approximate retail value “ARV”: $130
The Prize may not be transferred, exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash. The Prize may not be combined with any other discount, promotion, offer, or credit. Any additional costs, expenses, fees, transportation, parking, concessions, merchandise, or services not expressly included in the Prize description are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Sponsor and Promotional Partner reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
**6. Winner Selection**
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The random drawing will take place on or about May 11, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
**7. Winner Notification and Prize Claim**
The potential winner will be notified using the email address and/or phone number provided on the entry form.
The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. If the potential winner does not respond within 48 hours, is found to be ineligible, declines the Prize, cannot be contacted, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
Sponsor may require the winner to provide reasonable information necessary to confirm eligibility and fulfill the Prize.
Winner must be able to pick up the prize in person at a Rappahannock Goodwill location in the Fredericksburg, VA vicinity.
**8. Publicity**
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the Prize, the winner grants Fredericksburg Moms, LLC and Rappahannock Goodwill permission to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city/town, likeness, submitted content if any, and/or Prize-related statements for promotional, marketing, social media, website, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
No entrant is required to agree to future marketing communications as a condition of entering or winning.
**9. Privacy and Marketing Communications**
By entering this Promotion, entrants understand that the information submitted may be collected by Fredericksburg Moms, LLC and may be shared with Rappahannock Goodwill for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, fulfilling the Prize, and maintaining records related to the Promotion.
Entrants may be given the option to separately opt in to receive promotional emails from Fredericksburg Moms, LLC and/or Rappahannock Goodwill. Consent to receive marketing emails is optional, is not required to enter or win, and will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Fredericksburg Moms’ privacy practices and, where applicable, Rappahannock Goodwill’s privacy policy.

**10. Taxes**
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or other expenses associated with accepting or using the Prize.
**11. General Conditions**
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, submits false information, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempts to interfere with the proper operation of the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, human error, legal requirements, weather-related changes, game cancellations, schedule changes, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
**12. Release and Limitation of Liability**
By entering, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Fredericksburg Moms, LLC, Rappahannock Goodwill, the Fredericksburg Nationals, their respective owners, employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, injuries, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Promotion, acceptance or use of the Prize, attendance at the game, or participation in any Prize-related activity.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, corrupted, or undeliverable entries; technical failures; website or form errors; internet or email issues; unauthorized human intervention; weather-related changes; game cancellations; schedule changes; ticketing issues; or other errors or problems that may occur in connection with the Promotion.
**13. Prize Conditions and Ticket Policies**
Use of the Prize is subject to all applicable ticket terms, stadium rules, safety requirements, event policies, and any rules or requirements set by the Fredericksburg Nationals, the stadium, Rappahannock Goodwill, and/or any applicable ticketing provider.
Winner and guests are responsible for following all rules and requirements associated with attending the game. Sponsor and Promotional Partner are not responsible for any denied entry, removal from the venue, rescheduled games, postponed games, canceled games, weather delays, or other circumstances outside of their control.
**14. Social Media Disclaimer**
This Promotion may be promoted on social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram and Facebook. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or any other social media platform. By participating, entrants release those platforms from any responsibility related to the Promotion.
**15. Governing Law**
This Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
